The United States Navy Concert Band performs "All Those Endearing Young Charms," arranged by Harold Brasch and David Werden [and published by Cimarron Music] at West Monroe High School in Monroe, La., Feb. 9, 2014. Musicians 1st Class Phil Eberly and Bryce Edwards perform on euphonium, and the band is under the direction of Capt. Brian O. Walden.

The Navy Band sends groups on national tours several times a year, reaching out to areas of the country that don't regularly have contact with the Navy. The U.S. Navy Band educates the American public about the importance of naval service, as well as recognizing the the service of Sailors, deployed around the world and around the clock.
