How did you get in touch with them? I sent them a message through the "contact me" page back on the 25th and haven't heard from them.

Facebook message or direct email seems to be the best way to get ahold of them.

It took 18 days from order to receiving it. However, he is making me a new one because the small portion is too big and won't fit between the bracing of the bow and 3rd valve tubing.

Yeah, it seems they don't get messages from their Contact Us form. I emailed them and got a response in less than 24 hours.

He told me they preferred FB messenger. With the time difference, communication has been excellent.

My first contact was from the Contact Us page and yeah, it didn't seem to go through for me either. Had a response within a few hours when I messaged them via FB.

Have you gotten yours yet? My only issue with mine is that it leaves some tarnish or something like that on my horn at the contact points, which wouldn't be a problem if my horn was lacquered instead of silver plate.
