They do check their email link on the website, but said they never received mine, and maybe it was treated as SPAM. (?)

Apparently the way to get in touch with them is to message them via social media. I had much better luck getting ahold of them via Facebook. The price shipped to the US is £55, or currently essentially $70. They take payment via PayPal, but as "friends and family". Not sure how I feel about that. Seems a bit sketchy, hate to say. Don't want to badmouth them, but for a business, it kinda throws me off a bit that I have no recourse to get my money back if something goes wrong...?

It's basically a side hustle. They make very little on them and don't get a ton of orders.
