What difference between Thomann 906 and 904

Is there any significant difference between the Thomann 906 and 904? And how does it compare to something like JP274/374 and the Wessex Sinfonico?

From what I can tell…the 904 is like the JP274 with a tuning trigger. The 906 is like the JP374 with a different tuning trigger.

I mean does it justify the price difference? I know JP374 has the 'sterling leadpipe' but does Thomann have the same specs?

The 274 and 374 play a a bit differently…but it seems more people prefer the 274. I really like the tuning trigger on the 374. I’d probably choose the 904 over the 906.

I have both of these instruments (906 & 374). They both sound and feel very similar. The 374 has a lot of resistance in my experience. I would have to defer to a Pro player to really tell the difference in the sound. I also have a 274 among other euphoniums, and those 3 (274, 374, & 906) sound so much each like other, when every other horn has a distinctly different sound. The 274 sounds a little more compact due to the smaller bell size. I probably wouldn't buy a 374 at full price over the 906. The 274 & 906 to me, sound very similar to the Besson Sovereign 967.
