      I don't think Jim Laabs will ever learn...the store I work at just had someone bring in a euphonium purchased from there that was utter garbage and they said the person who bought it damaged it when it was quite evident it wasn't put together correctly at all and wouldn't do anything to help them. We had to tell them that unfortunately we couldn't work on the instrument due to the lack of parts if anything else were to go wrong.

        Troy Laabs sold me a piano with a cracked sound board and refused to make it right. (the piano was also DECADES older than it was represented as)

          Can't exactly say I'm surprised. Sorry you had to go through that. I've heard so many horror stories over the years about them. Never set foot in there and don't plan to at this point.
