As an encore to a memorable concert in Osaka, Japan 8th June 2009, Steve returns to the stage for an encore, Napoli Variations. Although in great pain, the last concert before an operation to fix a fractured disc in his neck, Steve delivered this scintillating version of the famous solo to a delighted audience of Japanese brass enthusiasts.
