Yes. I have owned the Monzani euphonium. As far as Chinese stencils (Jinbao) go, they are actually quite decent. If your budget is less than $1000, I would not hesitate to recommend.

However, if you can afford something in the $1300 range, go with a John Packer 274. These can be had for that price, new, from Capital Music Gear in Madison, WI.
