Thread: FS: Yamaha 642II Neo with trigger $4500

  1. Thumbs up FS: Yamaha 642II Neo with trigger $4500

Beautiful horn, immaculate condition. Doesn't get played much these days so I've decided to let it go. It comes with a soundwear gig bag, but I have a SKB hard case available, too.

    THIS HORN IS NOW SOLD

I've babied it in the time I've had it. I can't find a flaw anywhere. No dents or dings. The valves are smooth and quick. The trigger mechanism is solid and functions flawlessly, buttery smooth and super responsive. You won't find a better example of this model.

It's available for pickup in Hartsville, South Carolina, or shipping at buyer's expense.

    Nice horn.

I'm always sad to see someone sell because they simply are not playing (sounds like this is the case). I much more prefer to see folks selling simply because they are playing on a different horn (or plan to purchase a different horn).

I hope you continue to pursue some sort of musical outlet...I know for me it has been a lifesaver (quite literally).

Regardless...good luck with the sale! (and sorry for the mini-lecture)

  5. Yes, of course, I definitely agree. I've bought and sold a number of times here previously, but I guess it's been a while - doesn't hurt to remind myself of the terms!

No worries about the lecture! I'm still playing music, just not much euphonium these days, and I'm in a downsizing period right now.

  7. I'd like to reduce the price to $4,500 on this one, but I can't figure out how to edit the thread title.

I edited the price for you to $4500.

You should have been able to do it. Edit post, then click 'go advanced'. Then you can edit the title.

  9. Ah, I missed the "advanced" button - thanks!

  10. The horn has been sold.
