This might be a good choice for my baritone.

You piqued my interest - I've only ever used it for a euph, for which the bumper squares nicely on the bell tube - so I trotted down the hall to confirm my suspicion that the bumper stands too tall for a baritone (Yamaha in this case).
You'd have to create an intermediate bumper on the upright to forestall clinking, but if it's judiciously positioned, the stand should still close the same.

Would you show us pictures of the stand empty, with your euphonium in it, and with your baritone in it? I have also thought about getting a horn stand, and $25 USD is a good price in my opinion. I want to see how it works before I decide.

This is interesting. At home I've got the Hercules stand, which is great. However, it's big and heavy for taking to rehearsals. Every now and then, the orchestra wants me to use euphonium instead of trombone for certain parts. The trombone stand fits easily in my Protec case, but the euphonium stand fits in nothing I have. I wind up resting the euphonium in its case when I'm not playing it. I wouldn't mind having a portable stand instead.

I like my K&M, but I wouldn't enjoy adding it to my gear haul, and they're not on the inexpensive side of instrument stands. That Horn stand looks an awful lot like a guitar or bass guitar stand ... have to wonder if any guitar/bass A frame stands would work as well, okay, or maybe even better (particularly for baritones, tenor horns, less conventional configurations ... ), and what the cost differential and frequency of deals may be.

                Anyone? Anyone?

The vertical swings up, the two front arms swivel out and snap into place, and the two foam-covered hooks swivel and flip into place. It's quick and secure.
I've never needed a baritone stand, but if I did, I'd hot-glue a chunk of black foam pipe insulation in the proper place on the upright in order to rest the horn horizontally.

I tried our guitar stand, but it's big, heavy, and most importantly, wouldn't hold the horn securely without modification, so I took a flyer on the french horn stand. I've got three horn-playing siblings, so figured it was a pass-along if it didn't work. I was pleasantly surprised - delighted, actually - that it worked so well for euphonium.

Thank you. Looks like a small pool noodle sliced open and wrapped around the pole would work. With or without the noodle, it should work for both of the twins*

Edit. I call my euph and bari “The Twins” because it’s the longest standing joke in the brass world. The average person doesn’t know the difference between the two. Lol.

I ordered one of the French Horn stands. Reappropriating 101.

I'm among the fans of the K&M stand. Mine wears thin black socks. I take it to rehearsal in a narrow K&M zipper bag that slings over my shoulder. Before getting that bag, I sometimes crammed the stand into the music pouch attached to my Marcus Bonna case, but the pouch couldn't fully close with that and my folder inside and it was heavy and somewhat awkward.

The French horn stands are cheap enough that I’ll just leave it in the rehearsal room. If someone is desperate enough for a stand to walk off with it…so be it.

I take my K&M everywhere I go with my Adams E3. I have a truly great way to carry it - I use my wife. She goes everywhere with me and carries the K&M. I am lucky as I have said before.

I expect that would a very high cost option for some of us though.
