    Dont know
It certainly is a unique horn. That alone would make it desirable to many. Do you like the sound (from the vid?)?

Doesn't seem to be anything necessarily concerning about the horn...a unique configuration to be sure.

    Do you WANT it?

Hi Simon, what exactly does the reply you received from Adams say?

Adams is a very custom manufacturer.... They can customize the horns they produce much more extensively than what their dealer advertize on web sites.... It is very possible that a serial number may not indicate all the customized features applied to a horn.

Have you emailed/sent photos and video of this eupho to Adams? they would have a better idea of what the horn is all about.

Is it even plausible that the custom options/work were done anywhere OTHER than at the factory at time of build?

    (seems unlikely to me)

That is first what i thought, that the valve set was changed in some other service not in Adams

Others can chime in. But that just seems extremely unlikely to me.

The horn looks great. If I were to choose between those options, I'd likely choose the Adams.

the Adams factory answered me :

"It is a custom made E1. Top caps and valve caps are E2, bottom caps E1. The finish is not standard, it’s on special request.
The brownish tarnish is from the silver, can easily be removed. Do not polish it! "

    exactly that!
