Found out there is a TUBACHRISTMAS event near me this year (the last I checked, I thought the closest open with several hours away...but not the case!).

It looks like you just register at the event. (I thought about doing one close to the Cities and seeing if I could convince Mr. Werden to go so I could say "hi"...but I think I'll stick to the one in Fargo.)
