Lead Pipe Modification

Greetings Experts! I play both a Conn88H with the .547 Remington mouthpiece and a Yamaha YEP321 that takes the smaller shank mouthpiece. Is it possible to modify the Yamaha to accommodate the larger Remington mouthpiece?
I have returned to playing after a long hiatus and find myself playing the euphonium more and more. Thank you!
