How to get a cleaning snake's brush out of a mouthpiece reciever

Today I was cleaning my euphonium
, and for some stupid reason I used a cleaning snake to clean my mouthpiece reciever. The brush fell off, and now it's stuck. What should I do?

Hmm? How far into the lead pipe is the brush? Could you grab it with a pair of hemostats maybe?

I don't think it'll reach far enough but thanks for the info.

The leadpipe goes into the first valve. Can you snake it from the valve port and push it out the leadpipe? Or push it thru the leadpipe and out the valve?
