I looked up where Doug Elliott is and lo and behold he's in Silver Spring Maryland. My family and I will be staying there for a few days while we visit DC, Baltimore and my favorite a surgical follow-up appt. While I'm there maybe Doug will take a little bit of his time and chat with me face to face to help me with my issue.
