Displaying Euphoniums no longer in use

This is probably a rather weird question....

I have an old (1906) Henry Distin Euphonium I no longer play. I got it back in the mid 80's as my first horn and it's still playable to this day. I'd like to find a unique way to display it rather than just letting it sit bell down on the floor (I hate that!!!!!). I have to polish it but afterwards want to keep it somewhere nice but also on display.

    Has anyone done something similar?

Hickey's Music Center has a wall hanger for euphonium or baritone but the picture is not that great.

Makes me think someone at this company is/was a Salvationist. At first I thought it was a military reference, but right afterwards Military Bands are mentioned. Sorry. I notice things like that. This is a great idea. I might look into it. This horn is a beauty when it's properly cleaned.

    WEMSCO 397E
    Euphonium Wall Hanger
The WEMSCO hanger is the definitive answer to the annoying problem of euphonium band room storage for schools, corps, military bands and similar organizations. This stand allows you to hang your instrument on the wall safely, keeping it out of the way ofpassers by when not in use.

Dana, (I think) a bandmate of mine built a 'tree' out of finished lumber to put in his front room, hanging all his tubas, Sousas, and euphs on.

Kind of a work of art...

That’s pretty neat. I’m not the handiest woman on the planet but it does give me an idea.

    Dennis,

Now that is just too neat!! Gives me some ideas as well with my collection of horns. Just have to figure out a space in our new home in Florida.
