Have any 3+1 euph players on the forum ever had a trapeziectomy, an operation for treating arthritis at the base of the thumb, particularly on the left hand?
I'm looking at the possibility of having that op for increasing arthritis pain at the base of my left thumb. There will be a hard cast for at least two weeks. I would be interested in reading "war stories" if anyone else has ever had that done. FTR, I do use the hand strap, and there does seem to be enough slack to get my whole hand thru.
