Question FS: Conn Double-Bell, 5-Valve, Naked Lady Engraving, Short-Action Valves

This 1946 instrument is in good used condition based on the photos. Valves look good. It looks like the little bell has gold wash inside, but I can't tell for sure about the large bell. Hard case included but seller says it is not in good shape.

Based on a few recent sales, I think the price is fair but not a bargain: starting bid $3,700. There is a make-offer button. I'm listing this here because this horn is generally considered the best of the double-bell model breed.
