    Bb euphonium or EEb tuba?

This is listed as an EEb tuba, presumably meaning an Eb tuba. However, the photos look more like a Bb euphonium to me. Is it possible to tell the difference from the photos? If it is an Eb tuba I am thinking about placing a bid.

Also, looking at the slides, some of them look a little odd. I wonder if it is an older instrument that had the slides modified so it can tune to modern (A=440) pitch.

The slides may be pulled to show their condition (and the fact that they are not frozen). Many sellers do that.

    This is a Bb euphonium.
