    Pitch and Octave Notation

I made a chart for showing how we refer to notes and the octave they are in. This is patterned after the ITEA guide, except I added a Bb euphonium part in transposed notation. That is just for a matching guide, but we should talk about the bass clef / concert pitch line for pitches. Bb euphonium is not JUST a step higher - it is also an octave displaced, so I don't know how to authoritatively notate that!
