Cell phone ringtone

I'm wondering how many of my fellow euphers have a special ringtone on your cell phone with a euphonium theme? I've had one for the past few years assigned to any contacts in the band I play in. It's the first 30 seconds of Stephen Mead's 'Rush Hour' from his CD "Euphonium Magic - Vol III". I DO own all three volumes of "Euphonium Magic".

Well, I don't have a ring tone with a euphonium theme; but I do have one from what I regard as one of the best examples of military music ever written: Прощание славянки (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farewell_of_Slavianka). Not only is it a great piece of music, but as a ring tone it's virtually impossible to ignore:

I used the opening to the Holst 2nd Suite for a while. It was fun to get a call when I was around a low brass person.

I have been using this as my ringtone. Yes, it's from anime, but it's not an "anime" sounding piece. It's a brass and double bass quartet piece I believe. Euph, trumpet, tuba and double bass.

I have two ringtones, but neither one of them is euphonium related. My phone is on buzz 99% of the time anyway.

Those are some great ring tones, and actually some great pieces, all of them. Your Dad could really handle a Dixieland trombone!! I haven't ever heard the soundtrack from Planes, nice!!

I have a recording of the New England Brass Band playing a SA hymn. I converted it into a ring tone that I used for any calls from members of the NEBB.

Bill Evans Trio--Gloria's Step from the famous Village Vanguard 1961 afternoon.
The first ten measures--two five-bar phrases.
I have tried to play this tune but with the five-bar phrases and the totally unconventional
chord progression, I never tried it in public.
Obviously not a euphonium ringtone, but listening to Bill Evans play anything was always a rewarding experience.
Last time I saw him live was in Bloomington, IN in 1975. Wound up sitting a couple of booths away from him and Eddie Gomez
at the Waffle house post-concert.
I was dead shocked that Bill Evans was playing in the town claiming to have "the world's greatest music school" but that school
had nothing to do with his presence--he played in a small club off the downtown square. No master class, no hang with the jazz students...
BE was a bit of a recluse, but he and David Baker (who ran the IU jazz program then) were acquainted.
