Excellent Buy on a King 2280

The is a pretty clean-looking 2280 (4-valve, upright, non-compensating euphonium). The seller states that all slides and valves move easily and that the 3rd valve trigger is smooth. He says there are a couple braces that need to be re-soldered. There are some dents and a small bell crease. I'm guessing one could have the braces soldered and then ignore the rest and play the thing. (See the listing for more photos, which will show the problems.)

The 2280 has a very nice sound and is built to last. No hard case is included, but he will include Protec gig bag. Starting bid it $500 and the buy-it-now price is only $800.

    ITEM SOLD FOR $830

A nice deal when you consider that the gig bag alone is $135-ish of that $500 to $800 price tag.
