Besson New Standard baritone horn: doubt about valves.

So, I've been looking for a compensating baritone for a while now, and today one popped up online.
The instrument looks great, but when I asked for some pictures of the valves, doubt started setting in.

I've included the pictures; What do you all think of it? Should I continue with the purchase?
The price of the horn is €350, which would be roughly $400 I think, but I do want to use it in my band.

That might make me hesitate as well. However, the price is pretty low, and it MIGHT play fine. My main concern is the large patch of plating damage that is right alongside a port.

that's what concerning me too, especially since it's the case on the leftmost and rightmost valve...

I'd avoid. You can play it like that but it's going to require a lot of valve oil. But these just aren't that good to start with, even if the valves are fine.
