Carnival of Venice live streamed tonight 2/14

    Happy Valentines Day everyone!

If you’re free tonight at 7pm Eastern I’m playing Carnival of Venice with the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory Wind Ensemble in Berea, OH. Live streaming link here:

There’s a great high school band performing first on the concert as well.

PS When I left New Orleans in Monday it was 78 degrees. It is definitely not that warm here...

I wish I could hear it but I have a date tonight. No doubt you'll play great, though!

Which version of Carnival of Venice will you be playing?

Show 'em what a euphonium can do, Martin!

Thanks Dave! I’m doing the Erik Leidzen band arrangement of the Arban version.

      Enjoy your date!!

Other than the Arban version for Carnival of Venice, is there sheet music (treble clef) of a euphonium solo? Possibly with piano accompaniment? Any known sources?

        Thank you

You mean a different version of Carnival of Venice, right? The Clarke version should still be available as well as the Del Staigers, both of which are in treble and have piano accompaniments.

I think Cimarron has in its queue my short-form version of Carnival, which is good for encores or short solo spots. Based on Arban, but with some differences in variations and cadenza.
