It's getting a bit ahead of myself, but maybe someday I will want to double on Tuba. I just found an interesting document on this topic written by Matthew Murchison. It's a report on his doctoral project at West Virginia University, and the title is "Doubling on Euphonium and Tuba: A Guide for Euphonium Players". I thought folks here might be interested in it. It's about a hundred pages long and is freely downloadable.
