    Polishing/cleaning laquered sterling silver

I'm assuming that a laquered sterling silver bell doesn't tarnish and only needs cleaning with a damp cloth (or Pledge if one wants to). Am I correct? No need to use silver polish?

You are correct. (Because my bell is a brushed finish, I would not want to have to polish it. That could gradually "wear down" the brush effect.)

Yes, definitely correct. Regardless of what material it is, lacquered finishes do not require abrasive or chemical polishes like silver polish.
