WTB Triggered Sterling Virtuoso

My son loves his Sterling Virtuoso's tone, ergo, & playing characteristics, but the absence of a trigger to tame the intonation quirks is vexing. Anyone have a lead to a used triggered Virtuoso for sale in the US?
Alternatively, if anyone knows how to get an after-market Virtuoso trigger (I've sent email to Sterling & Custom Music to no avail), I've got a tech who could install it for me.
