New member here, I've used this website so many times and have only now made an account. I'm currently looking for mead springs that I can order online and can't find them anywhere! Justforbrass is always out of stock and that one seller on amazon seems to be out of stock too. Any suggestions?

Do they ship internationally? As far as I can see they seem to be UK only.

EDIT: They do ship internationally! Thank you!

Yes, they do. That's where I got the "light" set I used on a loaner E3 I had. Shipping was pretty quick, and I don't recall being shocked at the price.

'Just For Brass' has the 'lite' version of Steve Mead springs – which most prefer since the first version was a little too strong. If interested here's a link:

The "regular" Mead valve springs I have used in the past were identified for valves 1-4. The new set of "light" Mead valve springs I recently received have only #4 identified. Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct. 1-2-3 are all the same.

Here is a photo of the springs in my loaner Adams. The standard Adams springs will let the valve guide rest on the top of the cylinder. As you can see, these springs are enough stronger to raise the pistons 3/4" or so.
