    The Tank flight case

Has anyone had experience with "The Tank" flight cases? I'm considering buying one but I'd love to get some feedback.

    Thanks,

Price listed is $1,259! Why not buy a seat on the plane for the euphonium? I've heard that cellists do that and strap the instrument case in the seat next to them.

    Mack Brass MACK-EU1150S, BB1 mouthpiece
Bach 36B trombone; Bach 6.5AL and Faxx 7C mouthpieces (pBone on loan to granddaughter)
Steinway 1902 Model A, restored by AC Pianocraft in 1988; Kawai MP8, Yamaha KX-76
See my avatar: Jazz (the black cockapoo; RIP) and Delilah (the cavapoo) keep me company while practicing

Because after a few flights, the seat will have exceeded the cost of the case considerably.

        Yeah, that's a good point.
