Thumbs up FS: RARE Besson Brevete 4-Valve Front-Valve Compensating Euphonium

Here is a unique horn - an American-configuration Besson with curved bell and front valves. It has a medium shank receiver and is in nice condition! Hard case is included. The buy-it-now price is only $1,850, which is a great price to get into the Besson realm!

DON'T WAIT IF YOU WANT IT! I predict it will go fast.

ITEM SOLD FOR $1,850 ON 2/10/19

  2. Someone took very nice care of this horn.

  3. Isn’t this the same horn Wessex has for sale within it’s used Instrument section? I believe their asking price is $1660.

It appears to be - that's only the 2nd time I've seen one! The one at Wessex is not quite as nice as the one above, although still in good shape. I'd say both are priced nicely.

Yes. It is the same model. The odds of finding two of these for sale at the same time has to be fairly small.

I can't imagine trying to clean this one out. Compensating tubing on a 3 + 1 is complicated enough as it is!
Whatever you lose, you'll find it again. What you throw away, you'll never get back.
