Thumbs up FS: Conn 3-Valve Satin Silver with Bright Highlights

This is from Lee Stofer's shop. He is selling a Conn 3-valve that was used for only a few months before the student playing it switched to tuba. It has been stored since. The horn is in great condition with some scratching but good finish overall. It is satin finish silver with bright hightlights and logo. The inside of the bell is gold. The valves look perfect, of course, so I didn't bother to take a photo of those. The case is in great condition. This is a horn made in prime time for American builders with very high quality brass. Lee opines that horns like this can go 100 years with proper care and maintenance. Asking price is $950.

I helped him with the pricing, because this is always a challenge. If you are a student headed for college, this is not the horn for you. But it would work great in a concert band and would probably be admired by many of your associates. The tone is the wonderful Conn sound and it plays like a new horn.
