    5-valve PERSY-Saxhorn

    Hello, i am a new member from Germany. Greetings to all here...

    Will show you my Instruments:

    PERSY La Triomphe 5-valve Saxhorn/ Baritone in very good condition, using the original belgian fingerings of Adolphe Sax.

    Modified Salvation-Army-Euphonium, brass brushed, floating leadpipe, new monel valves, unknown brand, no stamps.

    Bass-Trumpet "Lorenz, Hamburg - from 1942, not laqcuered. Bell diametre 21 cm.

    and an unique 6-valve instrument: Double-bell baritone with 6 rotary valves, switchable from Eb to Bb (this item is sold), built by GRONITZ in Hamburg.

    What a great looking horn! Do you know the year?

    Quart on #4?

    it is built 1970 - the last year of production this instrument (all only 52, mostly built for france and belgium). Fourth valve is quart, the fifth is 2 tones down
