Is it compensating?
I know what to look for to determine if a euphonium/baritone is a compensating instrument when the valves are on top. It is easy to see the extra tubing running between the valves, particularly when you are looking at the horn's back side. But how do you tell when the valves are in front, like the Wessex Festivo? Or are all four valve, valve front euphoniums/baritones compensating? Help educate the ignorant here. (smile)
