    Compensating Euphonium Case Under $400

I was on my way to play quartets last night and tried to put my Gard bag over my shoulder with the backpack straps. One of them popped out causing me to nearly drop the case. So, I'm looking for a case from a company other than Gard. Trying to not to spend more than $400 (ideally, I'd like to be in the $200 range).

Wondering what recommendations folks have on this. Thanks!

Adrian, if you don’t mind a ‘top loading bag’, Miraphone’s gig bag is very well made. 1” thick padding, hard disk in bell flap to help protect the bell from incidental bumps and the straps are very secure. I actually just use one strap and sling it over my right shoulder. Will accommodate euph with 12.25” bell. Priced around $250.
