Hi Martin - I didn't realize your taking time away from the instrument was due to a serious health issue! I'm happy you're on the mend now and hope you'll be back in action soon! Best wishes.

Hello all, I want to thank you for the very supportive messages and give a brief update. I got my new kidney on Monday morning at UAB hospital, had to go back under the knife on Tuesday due to a blood clot which is common. It’s been a slow recovery a lot of pain, but I’m finally starting to feel a little bit better. Having to get used to drinking a lot of water again after being on a fluid restriction for such a long time. I’ll be here for a few weeks getting tested can’t wait to see how well I’ll feel in about a month . Thank you again for all of your support can’t wait to get my chops back in action!
