Aagaard-Nilsen Euphonium Concerto?

Does anyone know how one could acquire the solo part for Torstein Aagaard-Nilsen's Concerto for Euphonium and Orchestra (Pierrot's Lament)? I can only find mention of it on the composer's site and David Childs' site.

If all else fails, I will contact the composer directly, but I just wanted to see if anyone had any information on this piece. I am fan of his other euphonium music, so I think it would certainly be of interest.

Sometimes contacting the composer directly is the right move! Mr. Aagaard-Nilsen was very swift and helpful in his response.
