Case for a Besson ( 8-10 Model 180) Bell Front Compensating 4 Valve Euphonium
The horn (1960ish) still plays nicely.
When I acquired it, it came with a gig bag for an upright bell.
The gig bag fit is not good and protection is iffy.
The bell front euph is longer (bottom of horn to rim of bell) than my upright bell euphs.
Trying to protect it a bit, but avoid the cost of a custom gig bag / case.
Would prefer to find an old correct Besson case, in whatever condition, and repair as necessary.
Any recommendations on where to check?
Thanks,
Jim
