    Wrist Strap + Trigger

Does anyone have experience using a QHR wrist strap on a horn with a trigger? Do the two play well together?

  2. No problem. If anything it makes it easier to open /extent the hand as you can 'hang' rather than grip the instrument if that makes sense?

  3. I have one on mine and I love it. You lose a bit of grip on the instrument when you have a trigger present because you can't use your thumb for grip. The QHR hand perfectly makes up for this loss of grip and helps the trigger hand operate more smoothly.

Cool, thanks to both of you. I'm nowhere close to buying any new horn, but I am determined that if I ever do get a "quality" horn, it will be with a trigger, because I'd rather have one and not need it than need it and not have it (my current situation). I also really like how the strap makes the horn easier to handle. It's good to know that [theoretically] I can have both.
