NEW Piece for Euphonium: Fiddler's Green

Here is what I think to be the first recording of an exciting new piece for euphonium and piano, written by Graeme Shields: "Fiddler's Green." It's a great addition to our repertoire that will challenge the performers musically and technically. (Written for Justin Schoenherr.)

Nicely done, both of you. Do you know if this will be just with piano, or is a large ensemble accompaniment planned? This is a good addition to the repertoire.

Thanks, John. I think Graeme will approach Cimarron Music soon about publishing it. Perhaps if it catches on, he would consider doing an ensemble accompaniment. One can easily imagine it working nicely with band.
