Trying to contact Sterling

I've been trying to contact Sterling in regards to the progress on my euphonium that is being made. I've received absolutely no communication from them, and it has been quite frustrating. It has been 6 or 7 weeks. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Have you talked to Custom Music? I assume they are the local agent.

Hi Michael,
I've tried contacting Custom, but they told me that they are no longer dealing with Sterling. From what they told me, they are ceasing a dealings in euphoniums. It is really puzzling to me, but I guess they feel they need to do that.

Lots of changes at Custom over the last few years. I stopped going there after Kevin stopped doing repairs there.
