Thread: 2017 euph brands poll

I'll add Amati if anyone here says there are actually using one (as in "What are you playing on?"). I've already had to extend the poll limit twice, and multiple choice gets a little too "multiple" at some point!

I put Alex on the original list 'cause if one shows up here I'll know there are at least two of them in captivity!

I took some lessons from a Phoenix gent that had one.

Given the high regard in which Steve Ferguson holds the Alex 151, I've always wanted to try one. Fortunately for my pocketbook, that and getting to try out an Adams are still on my bucket list.

I'm suprised on the lack of ownership for Yamaha so far. But its early days.

I'm the thorn again. I actually own two B&S euphoniums and a B&S Trombone. (Don't know why but it just happened) I still play on my old reliable Conn

York, Olds, Reynolds etc? You know, the old "American" style euphoniums. Conn is a choice but not these others. There's no category for them except maybe antiques? They're not really antiques though, at least not most of them. My old York doesn't fit into any of the choices so I guess I can't vote. Might be a good idea to have an "Other" category for the occasional odd person like me.

2 new options added today, one for old/antique and one as a catch-all: Other.

With forum polls unfortunately you can only vote once. Otherwise I'd vote Yamaha as my 2nd horn. I know there are folks who have more than one horn. This poll wouldn't work for tuba players... as many have more than one horn.
