    New Korg tuner - TM50TR

Korg has come out with a new tuner that is supposed to give you feed back on your tone quality, brightness and loudness along with accuracy of tone. The idea is to help you even with long tone work to improve your playing. The basis for this technology is work done at the University of Barcelona and a history of crowd sharing information through a website "good sound.org". That website is now shut down. One of the instruments that this work focused on was euphonium. I was wondering if anyone have tried this new tuner or has any experience with it.

I haven't seen it, but I love the idea! I'm going to order one myself and see how it is:

(If it works, maybe I will suggest to Korg that they add a mouthpiece mode for brass. It would have to be more buffered so the needle did not jump around too much, I think, but might be very useful.)
