I want to give a shout out for the excellent customer service of Bill Ricker and Quick Horn Rinse. The bottle of my horn rinser sprang a leak and I emailed Bill to find the cost of a new one. A couple of days later I received a new one in the mail - no charge. Others in this forum have experienced similar good service. So, if you are new to the forum and aren't familiar with the array of products at Quick Horn Rinse, check out the website. I especially like the "euphonium hand strap," something which I was skeptical about at first but now wouldn't do without.
