Metalwerx Concert Recordings (December 11, 2015)

Hi. I'm a little late posting this, but here's a link to a YouTube playlist of our most recent concert on December 11, 2015:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5030...dT2oART6fQ8nA_

    In this program we performed:

    El Capitan (Sousa)
    Little Suite: "Tubium Dances" (Toda)
    Benediction (Stevens)
    Contrapunctus IX (J.S. Bach)
    Puttin' On The Ritz (Berlin)

    With Ray Vega (flugelhorn):
    Senator Sam (Wilkens)
    My Cherie Amour (Wonder)
I Thought About You (Van Heusen & Mercer)

    World Premier: Beetle Suite
    Composer: Calvin Wuthrich (age 13)

March of the Tuba Toys (Herbert)
    Greensleeves (Buttery)
    Ukranian Bell Carol (Leontovych)
    Barnum & Bailey's Favorite March

It was a fun program, though I wish I hadn't been two weeks into a three week bout with viral bronchitis. But the show must go on.

    Enjoy!

I listened a little bit (not much time right now) and let me say... Three cheers for dynamic contrast!!! (Too many groups/players show very little contrast)
