In the US, J. L. Smith (http://www.jlsmithco.com/for-brass)has a wide variety of natural and synthetic "corks" and felts. But you need to know what you're looking for -- or try calling them. I get the synthetic felts for my Mack Brass euphonium from them, as well as Valentino synthetic water key corks. They're great to talk with on the phone if you can't find what you want on their web site (which is sometimes a bit tricky to explore thoroughly).
