Septura is new British brass septet, made up of the best of the new generation of British brass players. We're recording a series of discs for Naxos, creating a whole load of new arranged repertoire for the septet. Pete Smith (Philharmonia Orchestra) and Sasha Koushk-Jalali are our virtuosic tuba players.
Our first disc (Brahms, Bruckner, Mendelssohn, Schumann) is already out, and the second disc will be released in April. We've got a few video clips from the recording sessions ? check them out and let us know what you think!
