Looking for repair shop in D.C. area

I'm thinking of replacing the euro shank receiver and my Willson 2900 with the large shank receiver. Does anyone know of someone in the D.C. area that would do a good job?

As is standard with guys who are good at working on stuff, they are not always the best at keeping to a schedule. Do not encourage this by being imprecise about when you need it finished and you will be happy.
