Is there a difference between a tenor/alto horn mouthpiece and a baritone/euphonium mouthpiece?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. To my thinking the tenor/alto horn has a similar voice as the French horn. If that's what you're referring to, then yes, their mpcs are much smaller.Rick Floyd
