I also had the privilege of performing with Dr. Bill Prince. I play euph in the Atlantic Wind Symphony that plays out of Lancaster MA. In July 2015, Dr. Prince and ~ 10 members of the First Coast Wind Symphony from Jacksonville FL joined us for a summer concert. In one song, Dr. Prince sang and soloed on five instruments. I was blown away by how proficient he was on all of them, especially considering he picked them all up cold and just played! The thought was that our group would head to FL some day to join the FCWS in one of their concerts. It hasn't happened yet but I'm still hoping.
Thought I'd share a pretty good performance with Dr. Bill Prince showing his skill on so many instruments. This was our last piece of the concert, "When The Saints (Go Marchin' in)" - arr. by Bill Prince. He started off singing, then played trumpet, trombone, alto-sax, clarinet, flute and then ended on trumpet again. Great talent!
