Ugh, the saga never ENDS! I had notified JLM on Oct 4 that I knew they hadn't credited my account, and that I was going to go to the credit card company. Then I waited a few days and called Capital One, as noted above. Got my November statement today, and JLM had credited me for the purchase price of the horn Oct 5, the day after I emailed them, and NOBODY EVER TOLD ME!

There are some things that I would like to say about JLM management, but the level of discourse on this forum is always high, and I don't want to be the one to lower it. So I'll leave it to your imagination
