    Concerto Contest

I saw a thread a while ago about that I can't find how euphoniums do not have an advantage in open concerto contests (all instruments). David Werden posted a list of solos that would be competitive in one of these events.

I recently Played carmen fantasy arr. luc vertommen, and expectantly lost to a clarinet and a flute.

    Can someone help me out?

I may or may not have found an article that I was looking at on this topic in the ITEA fall journal (40.1). But I could've sworn I saw a list somewhere.

I did an extensive search a couple of days ago of this forum and Dave's blog, but couldn't find anything you were looking for. Sorry.
